Neon Breach: Survivors ("the game") is developed by Marsala Yazılım A.Ş. ("we"). This policy explains what data the game handles.
Data stored on your device
Your progress (levels, unlocks, currencies, settings) is saved only on your device. We do not run game servers and do not receive this data. Deleting the game deletes it.
No accounts, ads or tracking
The game has no sign-in, shows no third-party ads, contains no analytics SDK and does not track you across apps or websites.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details. To validate purchases and restore them, the game uses RevenueCat, which receives a random anonymous app user ID, the products you bought, transaction identifiers, your App Store country/currency and basic device information (such as OS version). This data is used only to deliver and restore purchases and is not linked to your identity or used for advertising.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights and contact
You can request deletion of purchase records associated with your anonymous ID by writing to info@marsalasoft.com. We will update this page if anything changes.

Cihazında saklanan veriler
İlerlemen (seviyeler, açılan içerikler, para birimleri, ayarlar) yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Oyun sunucumuz yoktur, bu verileri almayız. Oyunu silmek bu verileri de siler.
Hesap, reklam ve takip yok
Oyunda giriş yapma, üçüncü taraf reklam ve analiz aracı yoktur; seni diğer uygulama ve sitelerde takip etmez.
Uygulama içi satın almalar
Ödemeler App Store üzerinden Apple tarafından işlenir; ödeme bilgilerini görmeyiz. Satın almaları doğrulamak ve geri yüklemek için RevenueCat kullanılır. RevenueCat'e rastgele anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği, satın alınan ürünler, işlem kimlikleri, App Store ülkesi/para birimi ve temel cihaz bilgisi (ör. iOS sürümü) iletilir. Bu veriler yalnızca satın almaları teslim etmek ve geri yüklemek için kullanılır, kimliğinle ilişkilendirilmez ve reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.
Çocuklar
Oyun bilerek çocuklardan kişisel bilgi toplamaz.

Anonim kimliğine bağlı satın alma kayıtlarının silinmesini info@marsalasoft.com adresine yazarak isteyebilirsin. Bir değişiklik olursa bu sayfayı güncelleriz.
