Data deletion — Neon Breach: Survivors

Game progress

Your progress, currencies and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling Neon Breach: Survivors (or clearing the app's storage) deletes all of it immediately. We hold no copy.

Purchase records

For purchases, our payment provider RevenueCat keeps an anonymous app user ID, the products you bought and transaction IDs. To delete these records:

  1. Email info@marsalasoft.com with the subject "Neon Breach data deletion".
  2. Include the Google Play order number (GPA.xxxx) or App Store order ID from your purchase receipt so we can find the records.
  3. We delete the matching records within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleted: anonymous app user ID, purchase/transaction history. Retained: nothing, except transaction data Apple or Google must keep for their own legal and tax obligations (held by them, not by us).

Veri silme

İlerlemen, para birimlerin ve ayarların yalnızca cihazında tutulur. Oyunu kaldırmak (veya uygulama verilerini temizlemek) hepsini hemen siler; bizde kopyası yoktur.
